A qualitative approach using the literature review method was employed to gather data from various relevant sources, including Islamic references and psychological studies. The findings indicate that the family environment plays a central role in shaping a child's mental well-being emotionally, morally, and spiritually. Parent-child interactions, patterns of communication, and the values instilled from an early age have been shown to significantly impact development. From the perspective of Islamic psychology, the family is not only a place of refuge but also the first environment where children are introduced to the values of tawhid (monotheism), ethics, and exemplary conduct. In conclusion, the more harmonious and Islamic the family environment is, the greater its contribution to the mental stability and growth of the child. This study emphasizes the importance of building a family that is not only socially functional but also spiritually strong, so that children may grow with a healthy and balanced personality.
2025-10-10T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Psychospiritual: Journal of Trends in Islamic Psychological Researchhttps://psychospiritual.uinkhas.ac.id/index.php/psycho/article/view/99Analisis Gaya Belajar Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Muhammadiyah 3 Jember2025-04-20T16:20:45+07:00Mahardika Fitra Setiawanmdika851@gmail.comAnggraeni Swastika SariAnggraeniSwastikaSari@gmail.comFesta Yumpi RahmanawatiFestaYumpiRahmanawati@gmail.com
Learning styles refer to the ways students concentrate, process, absorb, and retain new and complex information. Using the PRISMA-based systematic literature review method, the research collected and analyzed empirical studies published between 2015 and 2025 from databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, DOAJ, Garuda, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria covered topics on religiosity, coping, and mental health in Muslim communities. Thematic analysis was used to synthesize patterns of Islamic coping across cultural contexts. The findings show that Arab societies apply collective and community-based Islamic coping, such as group dhikr, Qur’an recitation, and shared spiritual practices that foster emotional sharing and social resilience. In contrast, Indonesian Muslim Generation Z tends to use individualized and digitally mediated coping, emphasizing personal spirituality while reducing social support. To address this adaptation gap, the study proposes a Hybrid Coping Model that combines collective spirituality with digital engagement. This model offers a culturally responsive framework for developing faith-based mental health interventions for Muslim youth in the digital era. It concludes that hybrid coping can preserve Islamic spiritual values while enhancing psychosocial resilience and social connectedness among Indonesian Muslim Generation Z.
2025-11-11T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Psychospiritual: Journal of Trends in Islamic Psychological Researchhttps://psychospiritual.uinkhas.ac.id/index.php/psycho/article/view/201Analisis Resiliensi Pada Perempuan Korban Pelecehan Seksual di Kabupaten Jember2025-11-11T18:45:13+07:00Rizqiana Adhe Firdausfirdausrizqiana@gmail.com
Sexual harassment itself refers to any form of degrading sexual behavior that can harm the individual who receives such behavior. Resilience is highly needed by individuals when facing problems and urgent situations. The aim of this study is to understand how sexual harassment occurs to women and how they defend themselves. This research uses a qualitative method, specifically a phenomenological qualitative approach. In selecting subjects, the researcher used purposive sampling technique, resulting in three subjects. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect relevant data in order to obtain quality results. Furthermore, the data was validated using triangulation methods. The results of the study show that the forms of sexual harassment experienced by the subjects varied, ranging from verbal, nonverbal, to physical. These experiences had a significant impact on the victims’ psychological condition, such as the emergence of fear, excessive stress, and disruption of daily activities. However, resilience proved to play an important role in the recovery process and self-acceptance of the victims. Internal factors such as the strength of faith and zest for life became the main capital for the victims to rise and grow after the incident of sexual harassment.
2025-10-11T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Psychospiritual: Journal of Trends in Islamic Psychological Research
