The research aims to map and determine the job involvement of nurses in carrying out their responsibilities as medical personnel in providing health services to patients. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method approach with survey techniques (cross-sectional survey design). The data collection technique uses a measurement job involvement scale adapted from Lodahl and Kejner. The sample in this study was 112 nurses who were determined randomly (simple random sampling). Parents must have selfadjustment in order to survive in these circumstances. This study aims to analyze the adjustment of parents with down syndrome children using theories from Siswanto. A person's self-adjustment can be seen through five indicators, namely accurate perception of reality, ability to cope with stress, having a positive self-image, the ability to express feelings, and good interpersonal communication skills. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study research design. As technology develops massively in education, it will affect students' cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor development. Then this article will examine, as technology develops in education, how this affects the development of grit in students. Saving researchers have two important questions, first, how Augmented Reality technology as learning in the world of education. Second, how the development of grit in the education world. The method used is qualitative with the library research approach of primary data sources from books on augmented reality and grit as well as secondary data from internationally renowned scientific articles, methods of analysis are descriptive analytical, by implicitly describing and analysing how innovative learning as grit development in students. The results of this study prove first Augmented Reality has been shown to enhance student interest, understanding, and involvement in the material of the lesson, so that the grit in the student can unconsciously grow. Adolescents aged 15-18 are in a stage of physical, emotional, and cognitive development that is not yet fully mature but characterized by high curiosity. This study aimed to describe the level of knowledge about reproductive health among adolescents at SMA X Jember. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 103 students from grades X and XI at SMA X Jember in June 2024. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods to depict the level of adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health. The results showed that 91.3% of the 103 respondents had a good level of knowledge about reproductive health, consisting of 47 females and 56 males aged between 15-18 years. All respondents (100%) had been exposed to reproductive health information from various sources. The study concluded that the level of knowledge about reproductive health among adolescents at SMA X Jember was good for both females and males. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach that focuses on correlation. The sample collection method in this study used purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 205 students of class 2022 of the Faculty of Da'wah. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using pearson product moment techniques. The results of the pearson product moment analysis technique show a significance value of 0.000 with a comparison of the hypothesis test guideline value <0.05, therefore the two variables of social comparison with self esteem are stated to be related, because Ha is accepted and H<sub>0</sub> is rejected. The Pearson Correlation value of -0.247 indicates a negative relationship between social comparison and self esteem. This result shows that the lower the social comparison, the higher the sellf elstelm. The aim of this research: First, to describe the psychological well-being of female prisoners at Prison II A Jember. Second, to describe the impact of psychological well-being on the activities of female prisoners at Prison II A Jember. This research is qualitative research with a field study approach. The technique for determining research subjects uses purposive techniques, while the data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity test used is source triangulation and technical triangulation. The conclusions from this research are as follows: The description of the psychological well-being of female prisoners at Prison II A Jember shows that there are still obstacles that hinder the fulfillment of optimal psychological well-being. Factors supporting the psychological well-being of female prisoners are social support, positive interactions and spirituality. The phenomenon of suicide usually begins with the process of emergence of thoughts about ending one's life. These thoughts are often triggered by various factors that vary in each individual. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the causal factors and forms of suicidal ideation that arise in the minds of final year students at the Faculty of Dakwah Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq State Islamic University, Jember. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data collection technique uses observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research show that the factors that cause suicidal ideation are psychological disorders, such as childhood trauma, sexual abuse trauma and low self-acceptance.
